How It Works:

We are an online & Brick & mortar store and we sell vintage and preloved clothing, accessories and homewares. We offer shipping across Canada and delivery to the Vancouver area. Free pick up is available in The store. Larger household items such as furniture and heavy or fragile items are not shippable. Orders are shipped through Canada Post and flat rate shipping options are available at checkout. 

Returns / Exchanges

At this time we are unable to accept returns, however a store credit or exchange can be arranged in certain cases. Please note that shipping and return shipping are not reimbursed. Please read the descriptions carefully upon placing you order, vintage pieces are sold 'as is' and may be slightly flawed which adds to their character.  I thoroughly inspect each consignment and vintage piece to ensure everything is in excellent pre-loved condition, however there is always room for human error in relation to pre owned goods. If you order is not in the condition you were expecting than don't be afraid to let me know. If you have an enquiry about your order or something you see in the catalog, please send me an email to gathertheshop@gmail.com.

SHIPPING, DELIVERY AND PICK UP

Q: WHERE DO WE SHIP?

A: We ship within Canada and the US. We use Canada Post regular shipping (1-7 business days) unless otherwise specified by the buyer.

Q: WHAT DOES SHIPPING COST?

A: Shipping from our location to an address within B.C. is a flat rate of $13. Shipping across the rest of Canada is $18 and the US is a flat rate of $25. Something to note is that the shipping rate is the same no matter how many items you order . 

Q:WHERE DO I DELIVER?

A: I deliver within the greater Vancouver area. Local delivery is a flat rate of $8. You will be contacted via email to set up a specific delivery day & time. 

Q:WHERE IS PICK UP? 

If you choose the free local pick up option your order will be available within 24 of your ordering time, and only on days the shop is open. The shop is open Thursday & Friday 12-6pm and Saturday & Sunday 12-5pm.  Pick up is in the shop located at 109 east Broadway, Mount Pleasant Vancouver BC. 

OREDERING

Q:HOW SAFE IS IT TO ORDER ONLINE?

A: Transactions are made through the Shopify website via PayPal. This is a third party site that handles the exchange of money. 

PAYMENT

 Q:WHAT ARE MY PAYMENT OPTIONS?

A: We accept credit card and debit transactions through PayPal. Cash or E transfer may be accepted in certain cases but buying from the website is preferred. 

Q: CAN I USE MY EXISTING PAYPAL ACCOUNT?

A: Yes! It is commonly misunderstood that a Paypal account is needed in order to make payments through Paypal. The truth is you DO NOT need one, although we strongly recommend you sign up to enjoy the added ease of use.

Without a Paypal account, all you need is any Debit/Credit card stated below that is supported by Paypal.

By using Paypal, we can process & deliver your orders to you in a shorter time. Paypal is the easiest & most secure way to make payment online. No account needed.

A: Have you ever had the daunting task of selling your goods on craigslist? Enough said. I do the heavy lifting for you, figuratively and physically speaking. We will do our best to bring you the best consignment experience possible.  

Q:WHAT MAKES Gather DIFFERENT FROM TRADITIONAL CONSIGNMENT STORES?

A:We are an online store so we are accessible 24/7 anyone can shop at anytime. Fifty/Fifty is convenient because we offer pick up, delivery and shipping. You don't have to worry about driving to your local consignment store, looking for parking and lugging your goods in to the store/home again. 

Q:ARE YOU GIVING ANY PROCEEDS TO CHARITY?

A: We donate unsold merchandise to the SheWay located in the Downtown Eastside of Vancouver. SheWay serves the complex health and social needs of pregnant and parenting women in this community.
